## 1. Data We Collect
 
To operate the Program we collect and process:
 
- **Identity data** — your real, full name, as required for enrollment.
- **Contact data** — your email address, used for account notifications and Program communications.
- **Payout data** — the details of your chosen payment method: PayPal account, Bitcoin wallet address, or, in Peru, your Yape or Plin number and interbank CCI code.
- **Promotion data** — the channels you declared during enrollment (website, social media, client work, and similar).
- **Performance data** — clicks, referrals, linked customers, generated commissions, balances, and withdrawal history.

We collect **only what the Program needs to operate**. Nothing more.

## 2. What We Use It For
 
- To verify your identity and your status as a verified customer.
- To attribute referrals and calculate your commissions correctly.
- To process your withdrawals through the payment method you chose.
- To communicate Program matters: statuses, payments, policy updates.
- To investigate complaints, fraud, SPAM reports, and policy violations.
- To comply with legal, accounting, and anti-fraud obligations.

## 3. Who We Share It With
 
Your data is shared only with the parties strictly necessary to operate the Program:
 
- **Payment processors** — PayPal, Mercado Pago, and the networks involved in Bitcoin, Yape, Plin, or interbank transfers, solely to execute your withdrawals.
- **Legal or tax authorities** — only when a valid legal requirement obliges us to.
No other third party receives your personal data.

## 4. How We Protect It
 
- Payout details and personal data are stored with access restricted to authorized personnel only.
- Communications with our platform are encrypted in transit.
- Withdrawal requests are validated against your registered profile — this is why requests with incorrect or incomplete details are cancelled rather than processed: **we prefer a cancelled request over funds sent to the wrong destination.**

We retain your data for as long as your affiliate account remains active. After termination, we retain what is necessary to comply with legal, tax, and anti-fraud obligations — including the record of referral relationships, cancellations, and payments — and delete or anonymize the rest.

- Correct inaccurate or outdated data — keeping your payout details current is, in fact, your responsibility.

## 7. Referred Customers' Data
 
As an affiliate, you can see aggregate information about your referrals: their purchases and the commissions they generate. **You do not receive access to their personal data, payment information, or account details.** The privacy of referred customers is protected with the same rigor as yours.
