# Requirements

> To join the Doothemes Affiliate Program through the standard path — enrollment — you must meet all of the following requirements. Every enrollment is reviewed; if any requirement is not met, your enrollment will not be approved.

## 1. Be of Legal Age
 
You must be **18 years or older** (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction). This is necessary to establish a valid partnership and to legally receive payouts.

## 2. Be a Verified Doothemes Customer
 
This is the core requirement of the program. You must have:
 
- An **active Doothemes account**
- 100% complete **user profile**
- At least **one completed and verified purchase**

The program is exclusive to real customers — people who actually know and use our products. No purchase history, no enrollment.

**The only exception** to this requirement is admission by invitation, initiated exclusively by Doothemes and governed by the [Invited Affiliates](https://doothemes.com/docs/affiliates/invited) policy. Invitations cannot be requested.

## 3. Account in Good Standing
 
Your customer account must be clean:
 
- No open payment disputes or chargebacks.
- No refund abuse.
- No previous violations of Doothemes policies.

## 4. Provide Accurate Information
 
During enrollment you must provide:

- **Real, full name** Legal identification of the affiliate.
- **Valid email address** Account notifications and communications.
- **Valid payout details** Where your commissions will be sent.
- **Promotion channels** Where you plan to promote (website, social media, clients, etc.).

 
> False or incomplete information will result in enrollment rejection.

## 5. Accept the Terms & Conditions
 
You must read and explicitly accept the program's [Terms & Conditions](https://doothemes.com/docs/affiliates/terms-conditions) before your enrollment can be processed.
