Commission Validation Process
Every commission is born with the status Pending. Before it can become Approved, the order behind it must pass through our validation process. This page explains how orders are processed, what we verify, and how long it takes.
How Orders Are Processed
All orders in our system are processed automatically. We accept and process payments through:
- Cryptocurrencies (BTC)
- PayPal
- Mercado Pago
When a referred customer completes a purchase, the order is registered instantly and the corresponding commission is created with the status Pending — no manual steps involved.
Why Do Commissions Stay Pending?
The order is processed automatically, but the commission is not approved immediately. The Pending period exists for one reason: securing the payment behind the order.
Validation is the assurance process for the payments registered in our system. It confirms that:
- The payment is real, complete, and the funds are accessible.
- The order is not fraudulent and carries no reversal risk.
- The referral is legitimate — correctly attributed, not a self-referral, and free of prohibited practices.
How Long Does Validation Take?
A commission can remain Pending for up to 30 days. However, that is the maximum — not the rule.
Our goal is to approve every commission as soon as possible. As soon as the payment behind an order is confirmed as secure, the commission moves to Approved. The actual time depends on the payment method and the risk profile of each order: some payments are secured within hours, others need more time before the funds can be considered safe.
Possible Outcomes
- Approved — The payment was secured and the order passed every check. The commission is confirmed and added to your available balance.
- Rejected — The order failed validation or the funds are not accessible. The commission is cancelled.
Keep in mind that validation reduces risk, but does not eliminate it completely: late disputes and chargebacks can still reverse an order after approval. Those exceptional cases are covered in Cancellation of Commissions.
Nothing Is Required From You
The entire process is automatic. You can follow the status of every commission in real time from your affiliate dashboard — from Pending to Approved, and finally to Paid.
